What do you see?

What I see when I see this is the imperfection of things created. I see a light that is broken which is much like me. I have had an interesting life where I like to run from family and the things of my past. This light reminds me of things can be beautiful and broken. We can live this life with struggles, ups and downs, and be able to have an amazing life full of love. I found my love for life, fashion, and people through my faith. Yes I did say faith. For me that is what gave me life and passion and helped me understand love and what that truly means. I may not have had a lot of thing afforded to me while growing up but I choose to love who I am and appreciate who I have become.

HappY BLue YeAr!

This post is to start off the year with one of my favorite colors being modeled by one of my best friends Jessica Williams, whom I had the pleasure of styling. So some of you may know that one of my favorite things to do is be creative in the world of fashion and one of the ways i do so is by styling and taking photos of how I see things in my head. Like I was saying earlier is this is my favorite color, so when I am BLUE it cheers me up.

View through my shoes

So my name is Priscilla Truss and guess what....I love fashion and how it tells a story. View Through My Shoes will be a blog about an outlook in my shoes and seeing the World as I do. So lets get started.

This is a photo that I took of a friend of mine while in Greece. What do you see? I see a person who is mysterious, who do not know the potential and is able to step out of her shell. There is a natural beauty that is beyond the words. I see what God created in its most authentic form. So you may say what is fashion about this photo due to you not being able to see what exactly she is wearing. Then we must define fashion. What is fashion? I say it is showing who you are through confidence and  style.

I styled the hair and clothes. We were going out to dinner and explore the town of Santorini Greece.
